SPECIAL RATES AVAILABLE

Starting at $209 at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown - space in the NYPTA room block is available to registered attendees only. 

The NYPTA special rate will only be available through 11:59pm EST, Saturday, September 26, 2026. After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply.

A limited number of rooms at a Government rate of $122/per night are available. The Government rate may be booked by calling the hotel directly and requesting the rate in the NYPTA block, or by clicking the link below.

Reservation details:

  • Rate is exclusive of taxes and fees
  • A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block
  • Check in: 4:00pm   Check out: 12:00pm
  • Self and Valet parking are available at Marriott Syracuse Downtown. Self-parking is located behind the hotel on Harrison Place with rates of $7.00 per hour or $19.00 per day.  Valet is located at the main hotel entrance on E Onondaga St for $27.00 per day.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card and the first night room deposit.
  • Rooms may be cancelled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to confirmed arrival date with a refund 
  • Cancellations less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax to the credit card provided.
  • An Early Departure Fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable fees and taxes may apply if departure date is changed after check-in

There are several scam organizations trying to sell discounted hotel rooms or conference attendee lists.  These companies look authentic and may use the organization or conference logo.  They are not affiliated or endorsed by NYPTA, Capitol Hill Management Services or Marriott Syracuse Downtown. NYPTA will never sell your information to a third party.
