Transport of Rockland (TOR) #97 was created to meet the travel needs of workers at Nice Pak Industries (pictured) and other employers along the busy Route 303 corridor in Rockland County. The County's Travel Demand Management team worked with it's local economic development agency and MetroPool to establish the route, coordinating the schedule with work shifts and business hours. TOR #97 was created in 2005 and more than 2,300 riders now use the #97 each week to get to and from their jobs.

Rockland County established the Transport of Rockland (TOR) #95 in response to significant measured demand from students traveling to and from Rockland Community College (RCC). With the #95, a direct trip was established between the College and Haverstraw, where a significant number of students (pictured) reside. The #95 replaced what had previously been a much longer trip which required a transfer. TOR operates 11 intra-county bus routes, five of which serve RCC.
