NYPTA Business Partner Members and Transit System members are invited to submit proposals for presentations to be made following breakfast on Friday, June 13 from 9:00-10:00am at the 2008 Spring Conference in Utica.

For NYPTA Business Partner Members:
Corporate Member Technical Presentations NYPTA invites each Business Partner member to submit a proposal for a 10-minute presentation during the Corporate Technical Session. Its purpose is to provide an opportunity for Business Partner Members to present interesting and timely information on new technologies, services or product developments. All submissions will be considered. Space is limited. Be sure to get your surveys in on time, and be sure to include a brief description of your proposed presentation.

For NYPTA Member Transit Agencies: Transit System Best Practices
Each transit system member is invited to submit a proposal for a 10-minute presentation to showcase any project(s) or service(s) that they would like to share with other transit system members.

Presentation Proposals:
Ten-minute presentations should consist of no more than 10 images presented in PowerPoint or a similar format. The presentation should be accompanied by a one-page written summary of the project including contact information for the transit system’s project manager. Transit system presentations also should be provided to NYPTA electronically at info@nytransit.org for future posting on the Association website. Space is limited. Be sure to get your surveys in on time.

Those members selected to present will be notified in advance of the conference. To qualify you must be an association member in good standing. The submission deadline is May 19.
