New York State Public Transportation Safety Board Award WinnersThe PTSB Award is eligible to all bus systems in New York State which receive State Transit Operating Assistance, or individuals or entities involved in public transportation safety in New York State. The award is given to systems who exemplify: Transit Safety: System efforts have lead to a reduction in accidents.
Transit System Safety: System has a proactive safety program that includes exemplary practices. Leadership: An individual, entity or transit system’s efforts have improved the safety of a transit system and/or have improved safety in the public transportation industry.
